The character all over Lenggries can be a hiker's paradise with a lot of alpine pastures and mountain huts. The highest mountain may be the Schafreuter from the Karwendel at two,106 metres. While in the south lies the fjord-like Sylvenstein reservoir with chances for swimming, stand-up paddling,
